With 10 years of experience in pole, dance, and flexibility training, I offer a unique approach to movement and flexibility training that will help you unlock your full potential. 

Freestyle Movement Private

Dive in to a journey of expressive movement where you will learn, fluid transitions, floorwork tricks, and customized choreography. 

 

Eventually you will be able to develop your own unique movement combinations and find your own flow.

 

Regardless of your skill level or dance background (none needed!), this is your invitation to invitation to embrace your sensuality and follow your body. 

Flexibility Private

Let me help you to achieve your flexibility and mobility goals, whether that's touching your toes, or achieving your oversplits.

 

 I offer a safe space to stretch, grow, and redefine your limits.

Through a combination of dynamic stretches, passive yoga poses, targeted muscle strengthening, and always personalized guidance, discover the freedom that comes with a body that moves with ease.

On the Road

For 6 months of the year, I travel the US east coast on a boat - if we happen to be close together, I would love to meet and train with you in person!  Reach out to me for details.

Freestyle movement is not choreography, but rather is about listening to your body and letting it tell you where to go.  We will work with some foundational shapes, patterns, and transitions and explore different ways to move through them until you build confidence to let go of all structure!

Before I started any kind of movement practice, I was extremely reserved and quintessentially "British" and had no dance background.  10+ years later, I am dedicated to helping people to feel comfortable in their body and find their "sexy".

 

I truly believe in the transformative power of movement.
